Nikon P-223 3-9x40 BDC 600 Review
Nikon P-223 3-9x40 BDC 600 When trying to figure out the best scope for one of my AR-15's, I spent countless hours researching scopes. I circle aiming points and hash marks from 100 to 600 yards. It also features 1/4-MOA hand-turn tactical-style turrets with positive click reticle adjustments that get you zeroed in quicker, and maintain your setting even with repeated recoil. I've owned this scope for some time now and once you zero in it holds perfect, you pretty much set it and for get it. Another nice option is the Zero-Reset Turret Feature. Adjustments are now made simple and fast. Nikon has integrated this feature into all new riflescopes. Just sight-in as usual, then lift the spring-loaded adjustment knob, rotate to your “zero”, and reengage. Field adjustments are now as simple as dialing-in your subsequent ranges. Nikon is well known for it's full multicoated optical system and this scope is no different. The multi-coat glass provides up to 98% light transmission, providing crisp clean images and maximum brightness from dawn to dusk. The only down side to this scope seems to be when you try to stretch the maximum rated yardage. Visibility can become a challenge. I have to say, I've been extremely happy with my purchase. The Nikon P-223 BDC has been more then capable of handling everything I can throw at it. Thank you for reading the Nikon P-223 3-9x40 Mate BDC 600 Review.
